Top 3 hardest jumping puzzles?
Cat Warrior.9240 replied to Evil.1580's topic in Guild Wars 2 Discussion
Not So Secret the JP isn't all that bad. Not So Secret to get to the diving goggles on the other hand ... Oh yeah, I totally agree with ya on that; on a tangent, I love JPs.... Anyway, I run a JP training event in my guild and when I do Not So Secret, we always have a little trouble with the actual JP and the diving goggles.I'm rating the JPs based on how difficult I see the jumps are for people newer to JPs and just in general. -
Top 3 hardest jumping puzzles?

Chalice of Tears, the one in Draconis Mons (I always forget that one), and Troll's Revenge in LA (but that's only if you don't use mounts/gliding at all). Those, I'd say are difficult for a lotta people; though Not So Secret and Mad King's Clocktower are right behind 'em. -
LWS5: I believe we are going to Cantha
Cat Warrior.9240 replied to Ashantara.8731's topic in Guild Wars 2 Discussion
That was supposed to be Engineer, but then they went after turrets, took literally everything out of them that made them unique and worth using, made them susceptible to crits and conditions, took away ground/wall deployment, and put all that into the tablet on Revenant. Essentially ruined them, and on the argument that they were an unfair advantage in competitive, then turned around and on top of all the rest made the tablet invulnerable, movable, have multiple overcharges on demand using an energy system, and and on such a low cooldown that it might as well be permanent. Then they left Engineer turrets to rot as glorified bombs. And no, not picking on you in particular, just bitter enough that when I see it mentioned I still comment on it. Champion Ritualist is the title a Rev receives for an achievement in PvP and it makes sense that Engi's starting idea was Rit. (And yeah, I mained Engi in the early days, so I do feel the killing of our turrets too. So yeah, I feel ya in that) ((This is totally not off topic!! XD)) -
LWS5: I believe we are going to Cantha
Cat Warrior.9240 replied to Ashantara.8731's topic in Guild Wars 2 Discussion
The only reason that I speculate we're goin' to Cantha, is 'cause of the Ritualist outfit that's gonna release soon (why not release it with Rev, which is GW2's Rit?). And, dragons (normal ones, I suppose) existed in Cantha; the new mount we're getting is a dragon. Then again, the beetle had nothing to do with Kourna, besides it loosely relating to the scarab plague which kinda invovled all of Elona. But that's just me. I find it fun to speculate until the episode releases and then the questions are answered. -
Are you referring to the golden sword the main character is wielding? If yes, then you get that (sword, greatsword? I can't tell exactly) from having a toon which is 5 years for their birthday gift.

Blocking players won't hide you

Wait, what now? Okay, I think this whole thread might've drifted away from the originial topic by now? I don't know about that. But what I do know, is that blocked players, cannot see you online nor know your location unless they've friended you or are literally right next to your toon in Divinity's Reach. There is a blocked list, yes, but there isn't a "These-people-have-me-blocked" list, right? Unless, I completely misunderstood the OP, here, which I probably did.Oh and this might've already been discussed, sorry 'bout that, I merely skimmed through the thread. As long as a player knows your account or character name, they can "friend" you whether you've blocked them or not. Hurm. That's what I thought. It's just that the OP worded their statements quite- strange? What I gathered from their statement, was that as soon as someone blocks another, the blocked would be able to see the blocker's location and status just like the friends list. Which isn't true, unless the blocked has the blocker on their friends list. Which was my point. She is referring to targeted harassment, as in, the person knows you and has you on their friends list and can still see all your info despite you blocking them.Ah, well, there ya go.... I totally missed the point, then, like I thought I would've XD. That makes a lot more sense, thanks for clearin' it up. -
