I've been having so much stop and go lag since this has came into place. Most times, it's not a ping issue. It gets worse every week, I've literally seen very little change but that could also be my internet as well, but most times when I do have issues, it's not from my side.

The way I see it is... remove downstate from WvW entirely. Keep it in PvP and PvE. The two game modes where "teamplay" actually matters, because spamming F on a down in a blob is not teamwork, it's just boring.

I don't know if this will work for you, but my friend and I recently just got that bug. We fixed it by having someone else queue up and once the match was found, it removed the screen. Unfortunate, but maybe that will work for you.
