I like the idea to buff Shouts, but Wells are still better... If they wants Shouts to be an alternative to Wells, they need to lower cooldown on each shout by 10 sec and makes shouts give a bit of Life force. That would help Reaper struggling with life force!

I don't know if it's because of the Twisted Medicine trait but I were getting blight on my scourge from the Harbinger in my group.

Well the beta is for testing the spec, so if Harbinger are underperforming they will fix it. I'm planning to test the spec in fractal with Berserker, Viper, Grieving and Diviner (and maybe Marauder too just to see if the vitality could help). As for pvp, I don't think this will be a good pvp spec but I can forsee a Harbinger with Eternal life trait to not be that squishy... We will see next tuesday..

Same here it was 100% drop rate for me before crafting. 3 for a normal or silver kill and 30 for gold. After having crafted the Empowered Boneskinner's Rib, it's 0 drop normal, silver and gold... Maybe they're right with the drop been random but at the moment it's not working as intended...

I've got the same problem. After crafting the Empowered Boneskinner's Spine Vials stopped dropping for me.

If I remember, the Skeletal Wings Backpack and Glider Combo was released 3 months before the first dyable back item (basic guild cape) so I guess it's a no... I understand that making every back items in the game dyable is out of question, but for back and glider combo that the glider is already dyable they could make an exception. Same thing for Legendary back items, I mean they are Legendary they should at least be dyable...

Any plan to make the backpack dyable like the Glider? That would be so nice!

Deathly Chill is fine I think, the problem is reaper's shroud. Attack rate is slow and life force is depleted too fast compared to death shroud, so that make Reaper's Onslaught mandotary to do something signifiant in reaper's shroud. A solution could be to switch the pulsating quickness part of Reaper's Onslaught to the minor adept trait Shroud Knight, making all three grandmasters traits as good!
