  1. Do you play on NA or EU? EU What team were you on during January 12-26? Thornwatch What team were you on during January 26-February 2? Thornwatch again If there is a day of the week and time of day you usually play, what are they? 3-4 days a week. Usually EU prime time, but also going into the early night at weekends Did your world restructuring matchups feel more or less balanced than your regular WvW Server matches? I'm curious what I'm supposed to tell you about this that you couldn't have discerned from your metrics, other than self reporting my internal biases. I would say all my matchups were more balanced than the worst of the matches you see in the linking system, but not notably better than the best. Did you select a WvW Guild for the beta? Yes Was your guild part of a larger alliance guild? No Were there usually commanders around during your normal playtime? Yes, but that's because I'm more mostly logging in for guild raids. I did see some other open tags running, but not always Which week felt most balanced and enjoyable for you? Not a lot in it, but probably the third week What part of world restructuring felt the most well executed? The final week linking went smoothly and produced matchups that were more even than you would usually see on the first week after a relink What part of world restructuring feels like it has the most room for improvement? The first week of the beta with the call of war buff was overloaded with queues and didn't represent a normal play experience. I also experienced queue bugs multiple times in the first week of the beta. That and there still being some people wrongly sorted after so many betas is somewhat alarming. The one up one down system is rather slow moving in a 4 week linking system. The second week still matched losers vs winners, and a world that starts off in T5 will never experience a single matchup in T1 even if they are the strongest world.
  2. My group had this happen on river of souls. Just before Desmina got to the end she respawned after some players relogged, even though at least one player was still with her.
  3. I agree that PoP is meta-defining and should be nerfed, but an ICD would be the most lazy and boring way to do it. A major problem with the trait, besides simply being overpowered, is that it takes almost zero thought from the scrapper to utilise. No need to even know which condi converts to which boon, just see that people have condis and let your cleanses go brrrr like you would anyway without the trait. Boring. An ICD would not fix this, since it would practically never be worth it to hold off on cleanses just to get a favourable ICD timing on just a single conversion. Unfortunately it's one of the only ways the trait can be changed outside of a game-wide patch, which is why it was such a let down not to see a rework with this last patch. There are many ways it could be reworked. One which sticks close to the current implementation would be to make it only work on some cleanse abilities. For example (could be other skills) sticking with the theme of alchemy, make it only work on elixir gun skills that cleanse. That way, it would no longer be best to have a set 'rotation' of cleanse skills, but instead to sometimes switch up the order to make sure the conversions on fumigate hit at a pivotal moment in the fight.
  4. I've had a few cases previously during large fights where my position, even on my own screen, is rubber banding constantly. It's a completely different behaviour to the usual bad connection where it would only make you look like you were rubber banding to others. In those cases it effected everyone in squad and not just me, as well as skill lag.
  5. I did notice an improvement in skill lag this reset compared to most resets the last few months. 50v50 fights had no noticeable skill lag and the couple of 50v50v50 fights we had had maybe 1-2s skill lag compared to the 5-10s lag with rubber banding that I had come to expect. The lag was also only for a short time while the fights were going on, rather than when everyone is just looking at each other as had been the case before. One night isn't enough data to come to a conclusion and there's still room for improvement but it's a start. It is not at all ideal to have to lower the cap like this, so please do continue working on those optimisations. Skill lag has been a major issue which has often put me off playing entirely.
  6. Yeah that would be ridiculous if all the boon remove was multiplied by 3, but won't Mine Field be staying at 1 boon per mine? The change to Throw Mine doesn't automatically roll over to other mine related skills.
