Like many others, I have positives and negatives about both. The negatives from the June 2022 patch really outweigh the positives, and that's close to being the case here. The vast majority of the current Necro changes feel bad, I think some of the Mesmer, particularly virtuoso, are a little over done (but I'm glad to see mirage getting it's two dodges back while not enabling the worst bit of them, being able to dodge while cc'd coming from a competitive view), and adding these boons onto scourge, bladesworn, and to a lesser extent untamed, just feels bad and like their shoehorning in boons where they aren't needed. But, I'm very excited about druid changes, and ranger alac, the overall cool down changes, and hopeful about the quick herald changes.
So ultimately I guess I'm more positive than negative about this patch, but not by much. Still much better than last year's where the bad feels far outweighed the good.
