Can someone tell me for sure how it really is?

1. Do the transfer back conditions apply with all stacks? Like if I have 5x stack of poison and 3x burning, will I transfer back 5x poison and 3x burning to the enemy?

 

2. Will I transfer back my conditions to all enemies if in range? Like the given example before, will I transfer 5x poison and 3x burning to all enemies in range, so everyone will have them? Because the tooltip says ,,To foes".

1.   Yes, its transferring all stacks of one specific condition. Every "condition transfer" does this. 

 

2. It hits up to 5 foes.  See the trait as an "improvement" to  Invoke Torment

Thing is it'll clone all the conditions that it picks from.

 

If you hit multiple targets, it won't transfer anymore than 2 and those will be spreaded to those targets.
