Vegeta.2563 Posted November 6, 2021 Share Posted November 6, 2021 This usually happens at reset where if you are spamming to get in before the map queues, you ended up not getting affected by the no downstate debuff. People that were in queue and then entered after reset got the icon. If you left WvW and came back, you would get the debuff then too. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
