Getting constant crashes when trying to donate to the guild treasury guy

I crashed before when logging in 20 minutes ago right after loading into a Grothmar Valley but it was resolved after restarting the game after sending a report. 
However when trying to donate kitten to the guild through the norn guy in the guild hall it just crashes all the time. 
DX11 beta is enabled so it might be a problem coming from that. (guess I just revert back due to all the bugs although I lose 200+ fps then but at least I can run Gw2 Hook again to remove the ugly fog which is a major fps hog plus the graphics look better although I have like 80 to 160 fps which is kinda meh...) 
Anyone having similar issues? I just want to donate some stuff that doesn't sell good anymore of which I have kitten tons of as it might benifit this completely dead guild that died 4 years ago where only 3 members are sometimes online now as I have bad luck with finding another one but I don't want to be removed due to inactivity there so I donate stuff every few weeks nowadays.

Sometimes my game crashes (not everytime) if I'm trying to open the guild hall treasury to donate something. It also happens to 3 other guild mates (with DX9 and DX11).

Still very much a thing.

All my guildies occasionally encounter a crash by simply interacting with the treasurer. Quite annoying.
