The community shouldn't have to find a bug workaround guide online to do content as intended. The affected achievements are worth 38 points in total. lordpathos.1425 Posted October 29, 2022 Share Posted October 29, 2022 (edited) There is a way to do it:  If you go to character select, come back in and re-enter the dungeon, the Ship will be collidable again. I do not know if you can just exit the dungeon and come back in without character select.  Once you are back in, get your EMP grenade and throw it at the prow of the ship.
