It only wasn't garbage tier because it had an extra 10k shadowstep hit over Soulbeast (soulbeast can easily get a shadowstep->GS2 with smokescale, one of the best ranger pets for pvp). Now that drake tail swipe got gutted its a worse soulbeast. Putrid tier spec in basically every mode. To answer your question, OP, no, it's not good right now. Also remember balance is not only about your class, if unplayed is garbage tier but all the other classes are nerfed into that tier the unplayed can become viable too. It is a shame the class is totally disregarded towards any game mode and Druid has just viability in one subgame mode until the spirits rework.
