igmolicious.5986
I'm sure it's probably been brought up in one way or another, but not sure that it's gotten much individual attention: of the Scourge Utilities (the Punishments), only one (Ghastly Breach) is usable in underwater content. While not a huge issue, as there isn't a ton of underwater content, it does mean that Sadistic Searing becomes worthless if you have to go underwater, and means that separate builds are likely going to be needed between terrestrial and aquatic content. As far as I can tell, most of the skills seem like they should be able to work the same mechanically both above and below the waves (with sand swell being an obvious exception). Is it unlikely that Punishments will ever be allowed to work underwater? Am I the only person who's disappointed that Scourge needs separate setups for above and below water? Lahmia.2193
If you think that's bad, rev can only use 2 legends underwater none of which are their elite legends (despite both having mechanics that can work underwater already). To put it bluntly, underwater content isn't important enough to warrant a priority change.
Dadnir.5038
The day they will make an expansion with underwater content only, they will say: "Look! most of the traits and skill only work underwater! Now try to break PvP/WvW you puny players!!!"
Treetoptrickster.4205
But sand would disperse and float away in water so how could Scourge skills work?
Atzros.8715
I was honestly surprised Sand Shades, and Ghastly Breach worked in the water, and BAFFLED that Dessicate didn't. Man, underwater content for the sea dragon is going to be a balancing nightmare for the devs.
