Update your builds before the next raid to test that new DPS!

Pretty much because the rune bonus from Renegade (Berserker if you already used it, minimal difference) is so good that you're willing to sacrifice a tiny little bit of condi duration from 100% for it.

Why in the world would it? It's just cDPS warrior with banners. Druid can might stack insanely efficiently across 10 people now.

Unless you have druids split out by themselves, such as sabetha flak kiting, VG green circles (if you do them), and pushing orb on KC. Most groups would be fine with this, but keeping some gear around for PS for a few bosses is probably not a terrible idea.
