Relink is every last friday of the odd months of the year, it was changed to this because christmas break always messed with it on even months schedule. The relinks are posted around 12-1pm est on friday(essentially right after they get work started, they're in pst). That was been the same schedule for the last two years. You should only expect a notification if there's a break in that plan, not to constantly assure you it's happening, ain't nobody got time for dat..... since there hasn't been a notification(yes I know they're terribad at communication), and considering they had a relink last year on black friday, you can probably expect there's going to be a relink this friday.
