When you interrupt a sceptre skill it will always go on fullcooldown, instead of the intended 3 seconds. This indeed need fixing 😄 Look at Earth 2! Video will start 3 seconds before its happening, just so you can see it. Even if you interrupt the skill yourself with dodging, the skill will go on 15 second cooldown and nothing happens.
