HAM T4 PUG gear options

hey all,
I'm new to  HAM,.. so pardon newbie question;
 for T4  PUGs, referencing  Discretize,..  If I have  high AR, like over  160 +,  Should I put
more  Harriers  than  Minstrels ?
or  more Minstrels  than Harriers ? 
any suggestions ?

It's mostly because you overcap on boon duration with Harrier everywhere. Minstrel has more healing power and less concentration and is used to minimize the waste of concentration. Taking in account the bonuses from Fractal potions and stuff: More AR will translate into more stats like concentration and might require you to replace more Harrier pieces with Minstrel to avoid wasting it.

Except Potions don't effect the duration of Alac provided by Mech only Alac provided by the player. So take that into consideration as well.
