Except that the feature like pretty much all features Anet releases is still in beta and not properly working. It's more likely to get you killed than it is to assist you.

I cant help to notice that our skill effects are extremely basic in terms of graphical quality. 

On my elementalis,.i was expecting to create quite the rainbow colored light show by switching from attunement to attunement, dropping all those good fields and blasting away.

However, all i see are very faint representations of what im doing, a bit of red for the fire, a tiny bblue effect for water and the fields are more represented by the circle showing their aoe rather than the effect inside.

Its now 2023, our computing power is strong, graphic cards have never been better, i believe it is time to update those effects. 

 

Give us the shiny, satisfactory effects that this game diserves!

I have an rx 6700xt and its still laggy as in events so the changed sfx made no difference anyway.. Also it was way less laggy for me before all this Dx11 and changed sfx..
