Zaraki.5784 Posted August 19, 2023 Share Posted August 19, 2023 (edited) This problem isn't affecting me, I'm writing this on behalf of a friend of mine, since she can't login to forums either. ~~~ I never had any problem with SMS authentication in the past but starting yesterday, I'm not receiving it anymore. I've tried waiting up to 1 hour, repeatedly sending a new one. Nothing works. Phone and provider are the same I always used to receive codes in the past, SMSs sent or received by other sources work fine. If I write to support now, will they be able to help me login before SOTO launch? Because I'm at the 26th day of the login cycle right now, and I would like to get the final reward before they get rid of them.
