Its obvious that you can solve matchmanipulations and help ppl learning the game in same time with this tool you had long back than in Guild Wars 1. Because anet is Well known to take care about wintrading, yes The current solution is kitten, either anet creates another Type of Partner exclusiv for PvP or they start to convice their Art Partner to start Casting AT's.
