Lelongue.1320 Posted December 5, 2017 Share Posted December 5, 2017 I accidentally deleted the egg of winds which is needed for the egg in the cloud recipe for Minstrel 1. Now it is impossible to obtain the item again. I tried the event several hundred times and the egg of winds just doesn't drop anymore. As for filing a support ticket, I already did that but never got a response, maybe it's because I deleted the item around the time collections were introduced and not recently.
