I wonder if this will be a rework of the GW1 condition "deep wound". This condition reduced the effectiveness of healing done on the target but it also lowered the maximum health, so you'd have less health for a duration. Deep wound already exists in GW2 but is only available to a bounty boss. And it's an effect and not a condition...

Deep Wound would/could just be like negative barrier. Which would be a great mechanic.

Is that a correct way to hold a spear?
The display picture shown that she is holding it near to the point. 
I thought the long shaft was suppose to keep you away from the enemy while you can stab them?

I cannot brain.

Comparing it with FF14 Dragoon's action skills, I want to cry.   =/  Sigh.

Yeah, the entire point of the spear (sorry) is to create distance. So unless it is thrown or not being used as a spear would traditionally, it's not exactly thematically correct.
