Touching Base Achievement

I've reported this as bugged and I know it's been bugegd for over a year, but has anyone been able to complete this in the last few months? I can get Jade point to tier 3, but Behemoth Gap wont trigger T2 no matter what event I do. I've tried multiple times now. Is there a particular event? Do I just need to keep trying? My hopes for a fix are zero after so long, so if anyone has managed to get it to work, please let me know

OK, this might break me. I thought I had it today, but then meta progresed and removed the bar.

The worst bit is if they had taken 10 seconds more, there's a decent chance I could have done it if it didn't bug out.

On release, you could still upgrade the bases after reaching the first boss.

Once everyone gathers to go to the first meta boss, the upgrading can no longer be achieved.

I think I gave up in the end - I'll check when I log in tomorrow
