[Resolved] Q: Handiworker Level

I thought maximizing the Homesteading Mastery would get me to Handiworker 500, but this is not the case. Do I have to wait for the next JW patch, or do I have to craft stuff to level further (like with all other Crafting Disciplines)?

The crafting level goes up with mastery levels, not via crafting, you dont earn any crafting xp through handiworker as a design choice so all your characters can craft decorations without levelling up or needing an additional crafting licence

Yes, but how do I get to 500 then? Is it gated behind the next patch(es)?

GW2 Wiki says that mastery levels 5 and 6 (crafting levels 400 and 500) will be released in the future.

Neither did I. I just looked up what information had been gathered in the past 5 days about this. It's not in the game so that information must have been given elsewhere in the lead-up to the release of Janthir Wilds.
