VB night bosses

I've always been a bit surprised that all that's needed to 'complete' the meta for the hero's choice chest is to kill one (1) boss. I wouldn't be opposed to it being changed to requiring all canopy bosses to be killed.

I suppose one can hold mat up a small bit by standing to the edge do she charges and may survive long enough to take flight.

If they, for eg, put in a LOT of effort into making the boss areas no-cheese zones that require capturing the chopper camps, that is partly doable but most people will just wait at the wp for others to clear that 1 camp.

In the current situation, you can at least ask on map for people to help with a specific boss, and maybe half the time some players who have spare time will drop by to help after matriarch. If you kill the daily matriarch routine, then it's over for you. 

 

If you are looking for a map meta that is newbie friendly, go to auric basin. That should have been the first map gameplay-wise.

 

HoT is so old it got bundled with PoF. Chasing vets away from the map won't improve your experience.

I've got a simple idea for a fix that could solve this specific issue: just make it so if someone logs in on the matriarch platform they're automatically warped out to the nearest waypoint like they would if they'd spawned into a contested area or something.

seems like making the night meta give better rewards combined with moving the location for people spawning into the canopy (just during night boss, hopefully) would be the best changes of everything mentioned. personally I'd put them at the nearest rally point so they spawn into the jungle floor content their presence is making more difficult. 

it might also be possible to bump down the tier of when the chest piece drops, or sell it from the vendor for airship parts

The easiest fix is make an infusion drop for T4
