Zamora.1843
I noticed players jumping from node to node without moving in several maps. This might be a new way to take advantage of the game.
Inculpatus cedo.9234
You can report players using the in-game /report feature. The CS/Security Team will investigate.Good luck.

Inculpatus cedo.9234
I haven't seen any for years. You could always try a PrtSc.Good luck.
Zamora.1843
If you want to keep an eye out for them, most recent areas I seen them in were Bitterfrost Frontier and Gendarran Fields.
Illconceived Was Na.9781
You can send a report to exploits@arena.net (or start a support ticket). Instead of a name (which you don't have), include as much of the other details as you can: date, time, IP address of the instance (from in-game command /IP). Take screenshots, which might help you add info about prof or race (or even names). And then do your best to ignore the practice. For a variety of reasons, there are always going to be some people using hacks. The most we can do is document the cases we see to give ANet enough detail to investigate. Aktium.9506
Back when I did daily Bitterfrost berry runs on 18 characters every day I sometimes saw the same guy speedhacking to nodes every now and then. I used to try and race him when he showed up, good times.
