Rally and Lick wounds?

Hello. I ve been trying to understand how rally and lick wounds skill works. I dont see any skill for those?

you have to be in downed state. Once your hp depletes in this game you enter the downed state and get access to your downed skills. If you manage to kill something while in down state, or fill up the bar, you will be revived. If your hp depletes in downed state, then your toon dies.

If you are killed you are not dead yet, but go to a downed state. You have a seperate set of skills now that are different per profession. If you succesfully use those skills to kill a foe or get your healthbar full again, you rally to your normal state. A ranger specific downed skill is Lick Wounds. It revives your pet at your current locations who starts healing you

I understand this. But this lick wounds skill does not appear in my set of skills while downed. Does it come with a specific level of my char or am i missing something? Thanks for your answers

I will ask the obvious: Are you playing ranger?

I am playing a Ranger. I also have a bunch of pets

It's your Downed 3 skill. If you check your skills in the Hero panel (where you can see all skills from all weapons), you should see your two sets of Downed skills at the bottom (one set on land, one under water)
