Jaccobattack.9623 Posted April 15, 2018 Share Posted April 15, 2018 I every time I use signet of agility it seems to lower my crit but it meant to increase my precision which increases my crit is this a bug or something? that it lowers it? Usually their passive effect is loss when you active them until they are recharged but there are exceptions such as the elementalist trait and the necromancer trait.Passive: Grants increased precision.Active: Refill endurance and cleanse conditions from nearby allies.
