The throw sound and the explosion sound is not there anymore.How it used to sound like before the bug: Edit: Nothing regarding new sound effects in past patch notes so hopefully a bug that can and will be fixed. Ashantara.8731 Posted June 4, 2018 Share Posted June 4, 2018 As this thread explains, unfortunately, ANet has merged the gathering tool sounds and the legendary weapon sounds all into one sound channel in the sound settings. Hence, if you have "My Unique Item Sounds" set to "Limited" or "Off", it affects the gathering tools as well.I really hope they will implement a separate setting for it soon, or at least revert the change. Stalkingwolf.6035 Posted June 4, 2018 Share Posted June 4, 2018 that gathering tool is broken as hell.i reported several other bugs. for example when dismounting from your mount and use the tool it will often do nothing.and sometimes its freezes the character.
