What armor is this?

Hi all,

I asked this person, but got no response, so now I'm asking you all...Can anyone tell me what armor this is?

And if it's a mixed set, then it's the chest and shoulders I'm most interested in.

Chest, pants, gloves and boots are Triumphant Hero's armor, obtainable from WvW, and shoulders are Dragonscale Epaulets obtainable from LW Season 3 Episode 2 meta or reward track.

It looks like she's wearing the full Triumphant Hero's armor set, save for the shoulders, which look like Heavy Dragonscale Epaulets.

And sunglasses.
