ArchonWing.9480
So I was looking for something to dump Guild Commendations on, and Gw2efficiency said Sentinel Insignias have a highest profit. So I did that and then thought "wait, does anyone actually buy these things-- did I just waste my commendations?" and there is a big difference between buy/sell prices and not that many people wanting to order. They did sell eventually, but I only sold 5. That leaves me wondering who actually would buy them. Is there really any content in the game that demands you maximize vitality?I also guess the point of this story is sometimes one should think twice and not just follow what a site tells you do since there's no guarantee things will sell at that buy price. I then went after guild arrow carts-- now those sell fast!
Airdive.2613
Well... I did try to build max vitality on my necromancer to try some (obviously off-meta) WvW roaming just to maximize the life-force pool as well. The build I was using got nerfed since then (several traits reworked), and I decided it would be easier to get a legendary armor set than waste guild commendations anyway. Tzarakiel.7490
Sentinel simply don't matter when soldier stats exist. The only use sentinel would have is on a build made to troll people in wvw.
