That achievement isn't just for the building the bridge events, the defend the bridge events also count. If you have the rollerbeetle, just do laps around the map (there's a single-level continuous route that loops the entire map crossing all 4 bridges). The lap takes less than 2 minutes, meaning unless a defence event ends extremely fast, you should catch just about all of them if you keep circling. You only need to kill a single mob on a defence event to get credit, or put in a single piece of scrap on a build event to get credit.

The defence events come up fairly regularly during the progress of the map, so if you keep running the loop you should get a ton of bridge events done within a reasonable amount of time 🙂

There are 4 bridges, you can build them, you can defend them. A defense event starts 15 minutes after the last one finished.
