Moongoth.8629 Posted May 22, 2019 Share Posted May 22, 2019 Crashing out / disconnecting.Near the end, talking to Joko before leaving the mist. It freezes then drops me to the character screen. I can sign back in, but I have lost my progress in the instance. Tried it twice and it ended at the exact same point both times.Any one else have problems recently, or completed it recently. Wayfinder.7621 Posted September 28, 2019 Share Posted September 28, 2019 It's happened to me two time in a row. I have been moving as soon as Joko stops responding and both times crashed. I'm on an older PC using windows 8.1 but have not had any issues before this. If anyone has some pointers I would appreciate it. I really want to progress with the story line. Korwind.3685 Posted August 5, 2020 Share Posted August 5, 2020 I am having this issue, I am sure Anet should be aware since it is a persistent issue even through 2020. I have found no fixes other than, keep moving, unplug audiom outputs and similar home remedies. Honestly the repair did not work. Can anyone help?
