Often, when it comes to Unlocks, there is no tool to 'lock' things back up, again, and so the Team can't accomodate. This may be the case; hopefully, it is not. When you buy a bag slot, it's for a character, not every character. When you buy an extra crafting license, it's for a character. Something that unlocked all wps forever would mean future maps and expansions could have their story mode skipped. Could have logged in on PoF day and WP'd to every mount place instead of having to explore the world and earn it. Would be a horrible idea, in my opinion. Account-bound means the consumable can't be sold, and can be passed among any character on the account before use.As with any item, it may behoove one to check the Wiki or Dulfy or the forums before purchase/use.Good luck.
