That's one of the reasons why Dagger, a shorter range weapon than Staff, has lower damage coefficients than Staff (and weapons from other classes)That is no longer true, and hasn't been true for a long time. Of course you stack might as you're attacking and also dealing damage but everything ele does he has to work for it (and can be interrupted/cc by the way). I'm not complaining, i think it's only fair, but since ele stacking might requires active play and timing, and with all the boonhate around, a close melee weapon damage and coefficients should not be that much penalized.
