i was made a list of items i ask in gem store many times and till now didnt get it but now when anet say in game they start sale every day this month i was blocked for 2 weeks this morning. so wondering maybe i should create another account just to check gem store every day and if my item will be on sale maybe i should send it for my the only and blocked account as gift so do i would have it there on mail by log in after 2 weeks? i asked anet to make less time of block by understanding my situation that i didnt tryed to insult ppl in game and i tryed to talk carefuly but till now no answer. what u can say ppl?

yea but if my item will be in gemstore but im blocked for 2 weeks does what i said would be ok to try?

Probably and I don't see any reason why not. But, we aren't Anet and we don't make or enforce the policy decisions. We can't really accurately answer

As long as the item is gift-able, and any time restrictions on the new account have passed.
If it's a Play4Free account, Gem Store items are limited to those usable by said free account.
