I think deadeye should always be first to be targeted, if you leave deadeye 2nd he's going to kill someone before you get to him.This thread feels like a necro hate thread, theres no necro is ok option.

Necros are kind of falling out in higher tier right now actually.

They aren't as strong as people think. They've kind of become a big punching bag that eventually loses to other classes.

It happened with the return of Power Shiro, which brought in a very rotational burst meta.

I agree that core necro is not OP in higher tiers, wouldnt say underperforming either though.The problem is that it will take bronze players to gold instantly because tanking the node and facerolling your keyboard is an ok strategy for this build.Its strong in the lower tiers because below plat in 90% of the game ppl focus the necro while all core nec really does is feed on the condis and reduce the incoming damage of the enemy team by 50%.So the core necro problem can be solved in 2 ways, by the players or by anet. I wonder which one will happen first...
