Someone made their own breakdown of the top 50 on EU over at https://en-forum.guildwars2.com/discussion/106306/pvp-top50#latest That's only for EU though, and it's the words and research of one person. It's safe to say it isn't 100% accurate. Generally speaking the amount of Warriors in top 50 on both servers since the feb 25th patch has dropped.
