A little help?

Okay What area of the map is Metricia Province in? I am looking to finish my Kryta Explorer and well I can't seem to find Metricia Province anywhere! I meed Calxiis Hideout there, Brisban Wildlands, Proxemnus(?) Lab and Mount Malestrom Diedres Steps (may be able to find this one, but the others seem not to be on WIKI.

Metrica Province is the asura starting zone (bottom left of the central Tyria maps)https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Metrica_Province

you can get there through the rightmost side of Caledon forrest (sylvari starting zone), or through Rata Sum (asura city)

Calx's Lab? Easy!

1. Do Parna's events to open up the gate.
2. Then walk through gate
3. You will instantly unlock area upon entering gate. For further exploration see .4. You may now choose to either do the event for experience or leave through gate.
4. Do event by gathering data crystals. There are near by destroyers in the lava and on surrounding rocks. Able to be avoided. ALSO: Protect Parna or you must revive her.
5. After ambient dialogue, you may begin killing the hostile golems. It would be advised to kill the destroyers around to make the fight easier.
6. After event you will see powerful obsidian destroyers will spawn. They are very hard to kill and it is advised to leave directly after the event is over.

Notes

• If you stay, your screen will fade to black and you will be returned to Parna's gate.
• If leaving you will see an ambient dialogue happen between Parna and her assistant. You will also see the entry gate into Calx's lab crumble.

Also to know: Metrica Province is an area for the Maguuma Explorer achievement.Proof:https://imgur.com/Df3VWr9

Diedres Steps is a hidden part of Mount Maleastrom.

You need to kill one boss, each boss represent one element and will open a portal after being killed - you don't need to open several portals to get there, only one. Inside this place is a couple of smaller jumping puzzle. You collect items from each and get a key to open a chest in the centre which have a chest. There is also Diving Goggle for an achievement there. If you have unlocked Gliding you ca use it inside in some places (but careful as too close JP where you need to jump up, there your Gliding will be disabled). You can glide down from where you find air. Go there with somebody in case you will fall down as there is no WP inside and you need to kill boss again to open portal.

Proximnus is part of another JP (for Guilds). You only need to stand close at its entrance to trigger it for map completion.
