Lunatic Noble Mask doesn't work

After using the preview option on Lunatic Noble Mask from Lunatic Hat Box, there is no effect on the character. Tried different races & genders and graphic settings. Guildies also don't see any effect on their characters. There is another version in the wardrobe named Bloodstained Lunatic Noble Mask. Not sure where it's from at the moment.

It does work. It's subtle but it makes your eyes all black and vampire-like.

So I picked the helmet from the chest and it seems that it works on female human, but not on male charr. Here's a comparison:https://imgur.com/a/lVG9T

BTW, when I picked the chest, another skin unlocked automatically for me in the wardrobe - Bloodstained Lunatic Noble Mask. This is the one with black eyes and blood on your face.

The bloodstained lunatic noble mask is a different item from the "normal" lunatic noble mask. I don't know how I unlocked it, but I'm guessing that when you unlock the "normal" Lunatic Noble Mask, you get the bloodstained unlock in wardrobe as well. So, if you want the bloodstains, you have to use a transmute and choose that option (you should see both by searching for lunatic).
