Fix rune of revenant

Right now it only procs resistance after the animation. Not only it makes it useless when healing under poison but it also doesn't work like other runes which proc on cast and not on use.

Read what rune says

“gain 2 seconds of resistance AFTER using a healing skill.”

It never says it applies Resistance during or before the Healing skill though, so don't assume that it does.

Yet rune of the sunless or rune of trapper say the same thing, but the 6th is activated on cast. And also the term "using" is ambiguous. Is the animation part of using a skill?

They don't, try with skills that have a long cast you'll see.

I understand where you are coming from. Empowering Misery is terrible and almost impossible to use properly without Demonic Defiance while they made Pain Absorption 35% so that it shares the same energy consumption as other stunbreaks which allows the healing to have a spare 5% for itself, it's still bad and horribly telegraphed as it puts the process to be worst than Soothing Stone given you don't get much Resistance out of the whole process regardless.
