fix volley animation

Anet just move the numbers and didnt fix the animation, volley now uses old aimed shot animation and it's ugly.

 

also power berserker now is basically unplayable thanks to resistance change, fix your kitten anet.

For now, just enjoy pve condi scourge, condi deadeye or staff mirage. 🤡

Also, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for Anet to fix or improve older skills. Explosive Shell doesn't even have proper effect and its aoe is as clumsy as the weapon itself 🤷‍♂️

lol explosive shell animation is made in less then 20 mins in the animation department.
