Alacrity isnt a boon...It's not a boon, but they just wanted it to be included anyways. Most likely because if the Ranger gets alacrity, it doesn't affect the Pet F2 ability since the Pet needs to obtain it to benefit as it is a separate entity. I'd be down with that small inclusion.
