LFG Server Status

Just an idea...It wold be helpful to have an indicator in the LFG Tool to know in advance if the listed squad/party is in a full map.What do you think?

Helpful or not, it wouldn't, in an absolute sense, even be possible. If a squad is spread across different zones, the question doesn't even arise, and even if they are, say, all in the Iron Marches, they might not be in the same instance of the map. But if you were willing to put up with three possible answers: "Yes", "No", "Not in one map", then sure. Or perhaps, "Is there room for the party / squad in the leader's instance?" would be an interesting question to ask, and the answer to that can be provided in a definitive (but time-sensitive) way.

Definitely understand the frustrations the OP is bringing to the forum. It is a pain joining groups only to find you can't get in, but as @Steve The Cynic.3217 says players are generally spread out across different maps and different map copies when groups forms so it likely is a codemare.That said maybe when an LFG is posted it could be stamped to a particular map ip and could that then monitor the hard cap status of that LFG/IP ??

Well, you are right...maybe just focused on the commander? (so only for Squads)

Unless the server status shown is about the server the person is on who put the advertizement in LFG. Problem solved.

Indeed. "Is there room for the party / squad in the leader's instance?" was how I put exactly that idea.
