Aquatic fractal krait still chaining

For years now the Aquatic fractal where you become a dolphin has had a bug - Even if you evade and "evade" pops up, you get chained, meaning there is NO POSSIBLE WAY to get through without being chained UNLESS you have a team and they are the targets, not you.

They do two attacks in a row. They swoop left then right or something similar and cast the sink spell twice. You need to double dodge or break line of sight right away. It's been that way since launch of fractals. You've got a decoy skill and can avoid a majority of the krait solo.

I can assure that people get through alone. In fact, for quite a long time, it was common for just one person to do the run. People discovered that it's a lot easier to travel as a conga line and, if anyone gets triple-tapped (immobilized and then defeated), the group can chain rez using the #5 skill.

This was much easier before arenanet did that big krait overhaul. When I did aquatic ruins the first time after the update, I was surprised at how much more difficult it was.
