Left click for auto attack.

HiI play necro and didnt knew until after spending hours into this game, playing with action cam in competitive game modes like PvP/WvW is very disadvantage.All I need is anyway I can make left click auto attack instead of pressing 1?

Unfortunately, you can't. While Guild Wars 2 allows you to bind actions on your mouse, it's only for mouse 3 and above. Mouse 1 and 2 are completely locked down to clicking on items on the screen and rotating the camera around. If you're curious, you could try out my keybinds.

I use F for the auto attack and C for skill 2. I know these may seem weird, but if you played core engineer all the way back in 2013, you'd know why. Still, it's worth to try out these binds over 1 and 2 since they require to stretch your fingers a lot more.

There are two settings in the option panel (f11) currently, in the subcategory "Combat/Movement". These allow you to either use your autoattack by double clicking, or using the right mouse button (given you are within your weapons attack range).

the game is Tab Targeting, pretty sure you will start auto attack as long it the target you tabbed to is within weapon's range

set it to mouse 4 so you can spam it with your thumb if possible
