Harathi as an available race

I love the centaurs aka Harathi with horse body but human torso and head in place of the horse head. There should be new lands with a peaceful Harathi village where we Start out in one of the three starting tribes of our choosing. We could choose different paints on our sides like tattoos and face paint too, also different skin colors and patterns. The usual hair style choices too. Their clothing could be like native Americans in leather and feathers. Once we reach a level for riding a mount we would just get increased running speed. Once we reach the gliding level we would gain wings like a Pegasus. Their dancing could be like a native rain dance. There could be a special quest to get to the new land for all the other races where the undead are about to win on the beach but then a large group of Harathi storm in and save the newcomers to their land.That would be epic.... hopefully the designers for the GW2 game pic up this idea of mine and run with it ???

Did you really need to make two thread for this?And this is very highly unlikely to happen. Increased running speed is no replacement for mounts. Do you use the mounts in GW2? They are not just faster movement, they all have different functions and abilities, most of which can not be added to a centaur.

I think the Harathi are just a particular centaur tribe, so it'd probably make sense (if centaurs were ever playable) to have a completely new tribe.

But anyways, the more important point that needs to be addressed here:

The centaurs would obviously ride raptors just like the rest of us.

How about WvW and the Siege Skills from new WarKitty? Or sitting on chairs or performing skills such as the thief Death Blossom?

Interesting idea, but I have to vote no.

How would a character so designed be viewed in the human areas of the maps? How would you have them riding mounts?
