I am guessing it will begin on Oct 17, and end two weeks later on Oct 31 (well, surely not until Nov 1, actually, they wouldn't shut it down early on Halloween morning, it's just that Halloween is a Tuesday this year). Or it could be a three week thing and start Oct 10. In any case, don't be too upset if your desired costume isn't there on day one, they like to seed them in over time.
