Suggestion for Deadeye about weapon skill 5 (kneel)

Make kneel an F3 (third profession skill) with the same cooldown and make rifle 5 an offensive skill.

Riflemen will tend to have a close quarter technique or two when engage in close combat, much like the warrior has butt stroke.

I would suggest that while standing you use one of the techniques similar to those found in this US Marines martial arts manual, as an example.

and when kneeling allow the skill to become "weapon of opportunity" 130 range giving the foe some damage and a hard control effect.

ORmake it a bayonet skill that does significant damage, which would be cool. we need some kind of way to punish enemies who come close to us, in addition to a port away with cast time.

They could just make it an unusable skill without rifle, or simply no effect when rifle not equipped.

As you stated other weapons don't have kneel, so they wouldn't lose a mechanic.

F3 doesn't exist for thief so it wouldn't mess up your keybinds.

I think it would improve the key because wasting the weapon skill to do it is horrible.
