Malice's Code Bug

In the tent, next to Malice, is a table that has symbols on it that are the code for traveling to Recon Cove. However those symbols are bugged. I have had conversations with other players in this very spot who can see them. Here is a screen shot showing that I am at almost Max display and no symbols are visible.

I think you can upload to imgur without having to make an account. At least I think that's what I've done in the past, anyway.

I have the same exact problem on an entirely different computer, also using the Mac Client, even better graphics specs than the one I used for the OP.

Have identical bug. There is absolutely nothing on table. Have finished storyline. Someone helped me to read the table, so I finished the map.Could be a "graphical glitch". Also working with an iMac. OS 10.14.6 with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675MX 1 GB (standard on iMac late 2012).Or the GW2 graph options/settings?

Same thing, I'm using the Mac Client too and i can see them only at a certain distance if I put the camera in first person, moving it until i can see the signs, but not entirely because of the objects over the carved table (the last is barely identifiable even from the best angulation). Fellow Mac user, same bug, same issue. Having popped the question into map chat, and the fact that we're all Mac users reporting this bug, I'm wondering if it's something to do with the fact the Mac clients don't support high textures in game that's causing the missing textures for us, since an entire map of people didn't seem to have any problems with the markings appearing for them and I would assume the vast majority of them would be PC users.

On Mac, same issue. In addition to the terrain, I also fiddled with the environmental settings, but still can't see the markings at all.

Mac user here with same error. Surface of the cupboard is simply wood. No carvings. Gfx options don't matter - can be best quality or best performance. Reading from the comments so far it seems like a Mac client problem.

I'm on an iMac, but am running the Window 10 client of GW2 (it's a dual boot system) and I am also not seeing anything that looks like carvings on said table, either, so it may not be something specific to the Mac Client itself ? EDIT: So, despite not seeing them beforehand, I tabbed back to the Win10 desktop, to check something, and when i got back, they were visible. Maybe it's just not loading an initial overlay properly?

Same problem here on a (puny) mac mini. Initially I thought the carvings don't appear due to my story not being completed, but this thread seems to point towards a mac client problem.

Just another "me too". On a (higher-end) macOS machine.
