Reducing overall damage in WvW is a bad decision.

There isn't a reason to ... it still has that intention for strategic play ... PVP is already a game mode dedicated to 'killing players' and 'fighting' ... WvW should retain it's strategic elements and even have them enhanced ... looks like Anet thinks that way too considering the changes they have made in WvW take it in that direction.
