Attacker's Insight: Reduced power, precision, and ferocity per stack from 35 to 30 in WvW only.
im trying really hard but i just cant think of a possible logic chain that lead to this. its such a small and insignificant change and yet it completely baffles me. were talking about a wvw only change so it probably relates to group fights. in group fights there are maybe 2 or 3 spellbreakers and their role is to (mostly unsuccessfully) strip boons. how exacly is this tiny point reduction to power and ferocity change anything of note, it would make sense if it was applied to a scourge for instance when theres like 10 scourges per group that spam damage because then you would see an actual change in total damage application. but how exactly does applying it to a class that not only represents maybe 3% of the blob and already is not responsible for any significant amount of total damage output change anything.
im not even mad at the nerf i just dont understand what the kitten is the balancing team is doing
